Over the last few golf games, I have played at different golf clubs. Each golf course will have its own characteristics much like different products at the exchange will have its own characters.
Going to a new different course to play is unlikely to produce the same performance as the golf course that I am used to. Similarly trading new products will not yield the same results as the characteristics of the different products behave differently.
It take time to play (train) the terrain of the different golf course similarly it take time to trade and understand the different characters of different instruments.
On a down slope fairway one can get 20m extra roll up to 30m and on the uphill one can loose up to 30m back roll from the landing point.
It is like trading a volatile stock that reacts to every little news that hit the market.
