The normal regular route without delay is about 15-16 years of compulsory academic education. This is regimented program with no excuses and exemptions for examinations.
The time required to master the art and science of chart analysis OPEN UNIVERSITY don't need 15-16 years. Depending on individual's desire, self discipline, commitment and not 1001 excuses, it can take a few months for experienced individuals to a few years.
When one has no self discipline to learn and master the skill in any area, one can never be proficient in that area. Apprentice for car repair takes normally 5 years to master a particular brand of car and not universal.
What surprise me only a small minority is will to take the trouble and effort to master the art of chart analysis. I can safely conclude at least 90% of the participant are NOT willing to seriously research this area. OPEN University success requires SELF DISCIPLINE and commitment. Such irresponsible people treat the market like casino rolling dice instead of learning the art of educated guess.
The fear of failing a formal examinations far exceed the fear of losing money in the market!!!!!
The cost of repeating a formal examinations is minimal while losing in market runs into thousands!!!!
If one feels market is non comprehensible, well the above clearly show human is illogical.
